I'd say MMX has a good idea on timeframes etc now. Sino have been talking with MMX and decided the timeframes don't work for them and mothballed to review in 12months as the project gets closer to completion.

Yep this is the other game in play by mothballing for 3 months makes project unworkable and hence pickup the project for a song. And suddenly the mine gets brought back to life.
