I think QR rumours part of the pump and dump used for insiders to get out before Sino pulled the plug.
Sino pulled plug as MOU on Okajee not being honoured due to delays etc. I don't think it all means neither project is viable, just a reflection of increasing delays due to funding and engineering problems (the bedrock at Okajee in extremely hard granite not conducive to excavating for harbour and ship channel etc.). The mining and CO2 taxes will not be helping either.
The projects will go ahead IMO, but not for a few more years.
