All the talk about MMX looking at a variety of finance options for OPR is nothing but a donkey kong slap in the face for sino who have been jumping right up in the face of anyone that will listen for years. They had more skin in the game than anyone, and are the biggest losers in the end. I have said it a thousand times but todays announcement can be traced back to the Swan/FIRB decision pre GFC.
