SARCO are in charge of all Lao bauxite related matters (JORC, BFS etc)
ORD are a shareholder of SARCO
Therefore the timing of ORD Lao related ann is dictated by when SARCO decides to release info to ORD.
Correct me if i'm wrong but as Peter Shou is a director of SARCO any knowledge gained as a director is SARCO is not releasable information (directors conflict of interest obligations etc)
So SARCO has to officially advise ORD for ORD to be obliged to tell the market.
Might explain why news has dried up recently approaching SARCO's big day out in Sydney next Tuesday
Remember it's SAECO's day not ORDs (albeit ORD is welded on for the ride)
Just my thoughts and i have no idea when news in coming but it is coming....
