radaz: This is a bit confusing to me: IF they want to become a pure COAL play, AFR could simply sell off the uranium part and would NOT need to make a cr?!
Incidentally, I would prefer AFR to remain BOTH a COAL and URANIUM play. Uranium will become "hot" again in the not too distant future. All JIMHO, of course.
