I'd disagree about a takeover any time soon, I think AGO will wait until CTM get the company into production (they will now advise CTM and will help them implement the AGO business/growth model). Once the company is somewhat de-risked (started producing) and identified the project that they are looking to ship out 12-15mtpa of high grade ore for a minimum of 10 years is when AGO will either help them fund that project or at that stage takeover/merge the two companies.

-Funding and project development for Centaurus Metals

I hold AGO, and first time i heard about CTM was through the announcement. Since then have done some homework on CTM and this is a great company who now has the backing of a bigger company (slightly de-risked) has a market in close proximity of the potential mines and is located in a great Iron ore district.

I'm hoping to become a holder some time real soon, i aiming for an entry at around that 8c mark. We will see how that goes.

Mid-Long term BUY for sure.
