One other thing that i forgot to mention in my last post, and quite important thing i think is that what this strategic alliance does is PROTECT Centaurus metals from a potential takeover from say a Chinese company (who have been really active in the past few months). AGO have set up a 'blocking' position, and worst case would out-bid another bidder and secure CTM for themselves, allowing current shareholder still be apart of the company and its projects in the form of AGO.
