It is clear 9.71M shares is not going to achieve voting majority, nor raise over $300K cash.

I would think this raising is far more significant and has a specific purpose in mind. Surely you would not go to shareholders without a credible reason, especially given the last CR was only 3 months ago?

I'm not across the latest numbers and it may well be that control changed hands following the last CR, regardless the 'institutional and sophisticated investors' still need a reason to invest. I'm hoping this value proposition gets the company back over 7 cents.

That is of course assuming Management actually raise the money, noting you would not normally go into a halt unless it was a given.
