Tui - while that's great the US regulators have given fraccing an approved guideline - US regs vs Aus regs you'll see Aus is far and away a more difficult path.
In many ways the US is about 20 years behind the rest of the developed West in regards to environmental policy.
Things that are a common daily activity in the US would (and do btw) raise significant eyebrows if you mention the same methodology in Aus - trust me - I've walked into that position a few times!
Regardless of a delay - I could care less to be perfectly frank - It's all hanging on the core sample results.
If the core samples show minimal resources - they can go fracc themselves silly because they wont find anything if it's not there.
