Looking at the wording of the trading halt it looks like PEK has purchased a new area of land.
In the current market it probably won't improve the share price much. However because the price is already low perhaps we might be surprise.
Remember the days when a trading halt for Peak equal a 20 cents share price increase? Those were the days.
