OPTION EXPIRY AND PROPOSED OFFER
Nkwe Platinum Limited (?Nkwe? or ?the Company?) would like to provide an
update with regards to Company?s listed options (ASX: NKPO) which expire on 31
August 2011. It is the Company?s intention to offer both Shareholders and existing
NKPO holders (with ex-date 24 August 2011 for NKPO holders) a right to participate
in an offer for 100m options, with an exercise price of $0.35 and an expiry date of
31 December 2012. Proposed subscription price of $0.03.
Further details of the Offer, the ratio to be offered to shareholders and option
holders, timing, underwriting etc will be announced in due course.
