Is it possible that Intersuisse believing it had the upper hand demanded a change in the underwriting terms rather than terminate because of all the get out clauses. So Mantle have banked on getting a great announcement out so they no longer need the underwriter, and also save 6% of 1.5million dollars?
The announcement is expected to be Wednesday morning, if it was intersuisse terminating it would not take two full trading days to announce.
