if intersuisse have pulled out (and taken the sub underwriters with them) then MNM should just reinstate the CR offer on the same terms to shareholders, and raise what they can. I think $1 million+ would come in pretty quickly.
this would raise more than enough cash to get the Mt M case resolved, and do some more drilling at Granite Castle.
if exergen wants out of the brown coal JV then so be it. but if that does happen what the hell have they been playing at for the last 12 months?
very interesting few days ahead - SP could shoot up to 20c if the JV and CR are both confirmed, but 8c could be tested if they both fizzle.
