I agree with debono. In the past, good news has just been announced without a Trading halt. I don't see why they would need a trading halt to tell us the CLRS is now viable. If it was good they would have just shown us the contract...
I think it would be something like a technological flaw they came across, like sending data through rock was not working as planned and is acting like a Faraday cage... etc
On the upside if the CLRS goes, the GT3000 still has very good prospects.
