Why would you make a negative inference from the wording of .. 'the commercial viability of its technology' .. to me this appears to be neutral in its form.
In saying that & running with your logic .. if CKK have pumped so much time & cash into the CLRS, wouldn't you want management (as a shareholder) to see it succeed ...just my opinion!
No doubt we'll find out what it is exactly tomorrow morning .. preferably before 10am.
