Good point scanspeak.
However, this really looks suspicious. The share price was obviously pushed down significantly in the few days (and weeks) ahead of this announcement, perhaps for the benefit of (and by) those that will participate in the bookbuild. I hope ASIC look into it.
That PDN have gone ahead with this at such a rock-bottom price seems either stupid or corrupt to me. But at least this could mark the bottom; my feeling is that this game was fixed for the selected participants to profit nicely. Investor chumps like myself will have to enjoy ride from the back seat.
