I'm with you peakmastery, sent the followig email to the CEO/Board
"As a holder of 30,000 shares through my SMSF, I write expressing my disgust at today's announcement re a capital raising LIMITED to institutional investors.

If it's not bad enough that it's being done at a moment in time when the share price is depressed (and our sp has fallen faster than the general market of late, did the insto's know this was coming?), the fact that smaller retail holders are excluded is particularly frustrating.
Furthermore, this is not the first time retail holders have been excluded from a raising!

All shareholders should be treated equally - I ask if a SPP will be initiated immediately for those of us missing out on the opportunity for cheap shares and suffering dilution of our existing holdings."

A few hundred emails might just do the trick so come on holders, tell them what you think!
