Even if the build price is $1.50 there is no guarantee the SP won't keep falling. This is a desperate act by a desperate company. Anyone raising cash in the current environment is clearly grasping at straws.
PDN is the quickly taking the title of "dog of the year".
If it is as "undervalued" as Borshoff claims then why doesn't he reach into his wallet and join the rest of us?
