what it boils down to is this..
if the placement happens at current price levels or lower, which is expected, then PDN management is deciding to sell 7% of the company for a price that the CEO has already stated grossly undervalues PDNs worth. So they are selling part of the company (without any shareholder consultation/disclosure) at a massive discount, but WHY?
How do you reconcile this decision? Other than to say it smacks of desperation?
Makes my blood boil, never seen anything like it.
