I sent an email this morning questioning how corporate institutions got news of the impending share placement ahead of the public announcement allowing them to drive the share price down - including the 15% decrease on Monday.

"To my knowledge the financial institutions did not get wind of the public announcement. We are legally bound not to allow this to happen and the appropriate confidentially agreements were entered into. I monitored the trading desks closely for the past few days and I got no indication that there was a breach of confidentiality.
Evidence of this can been seen in our strong share price increase in Tuesday’s trading."
