I suspect (but cannot say with certainty) that BKP are waiting until they can get accurate information from PFC.
Given the significant time differnece, BKP may not be able to get any meaningfull information until after 5 pm our time this evening, that will mean that some one will then need to have it veted by BKP executives etc and then typed up thursday and released to the market the same day.
I presume they have given themselves an extra day in case of any unforseen delays in getting the information ready for the market.
Yes I realise that PFC have staff onsite, but they arnt high enough up the totem pole to authorise any ANN.
