I don't know if this had anything to do with the manufacture of MAUL ammo , but it would not surprise me in the least.

Whoever gets to manufacture the ammo will make a mint, I don't think Taser will manufacture ammo somehow? I reckon they will supply the projectile containing the Taser stun system , then that will be added to the propellant part of the ammo in my opinion and placed in the tube one upon the other , in the same way metalstorm use an existing grenade in it's 40mm range all they do is add a tail with the metalstorm electronically fired propellant inside.
