Schiffhead, I don't believe metalstorm USA have the ability to manufacture ammo in any great numbers, I believe they will license out the manufacturing rights for ammunition, to some company that is a manufacturer of ammo already, the part that will be licensed is their patented stacked electronically fired propellant tail system, I believe they will be paid an upfront sum for the right to manufacture and then royalties on each round/barrel .
