I have an idea it will be one of two things,A/ part of the company for an agreed amount or B/ manufacturing rights, it may be BAE for the MPM or Colt for the MAUL at this point or possibly both for the rights to manufacture, because metalstorm sure as hell can't themselves?

If you have ever wondered where all of the shares have gone ever since the AFHL deal, then it "may" be connected here, but one thing is for sure they "CANNOT" be used in any takeover bid, otherwise it would tip their hand to have being doing something not quite legal, if you get my drift, but it will have saved them a large fortune for doing so.
