TRADING HALT REQUEST
The company requests a trading halt on all its listed securities for up to 2 business days, effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding an acquisition of an oil and gas project.
The company is in the process of completing agreements and requires time to finalise matters and avoid any speculation in the market place.
The company expects to make this announcement before market open on Monday morning the 17th October 2011 after which time it would expect its securities to be trading.
The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
