Re-checked 12 Nov 2010; Trinity are 'free-carried' with 10% interest, until the project has achieved a 200Mt JORC...
After this is when Trinity contribute to the expenditure...
The 15% comes in if Tr elect to participate with-in 60 days from the establishment of the jv, with reimbursing agreement as noted in ann.
So Tr have potential to take a 25% interest, but starts with 10%.
With what we potentially have, I'm more than happy with this type of agreement.
