Kalgoorlie Mining Company (ASX: KMC) has been granted a status change to temporary suspension by the ASX.

Kalgoorlie Mining is currently finalising a capital raising transaction, and has said that it expects to make an announcement on the proposed transaction by Monday 7 November.

The company is currently in a very interesting position, and has turned the Bullant Gold mine into a cash flow generating operation within six months of ownership due to an ore agreement.
