    i agree QS,

    why would they event halt if negotiations has turned to the negative, that would just mean that the process would take longer.

    The logic supports a positive resolve.

    Assuming the affirmative, this DE-RISKING, will see NKP now approved buying from more conservative wallets, at higher prices.
