Bri....I knew that I felt unhappy about the PLA ann re Rooderand and the RRS ann about exiting platinum...even as you feel ok about it because its hundred of Km away...
We have to watch such actions by the likes of RPM because they could (B)set legal or regulatory precadents(/B) imlo.
The vesting of mining rights..perhaps only old order too seems to be at the basis of ARM disputes with somebody or other ..third parties? and their gripe reads very much like vested mining rights into JVs long ago and later application for new order?? if similar to what I have read ....ie rights were held individually by the parties but were to be for exclusive right of the JV....But then legislation impacted to instigate new order rights... ??? Definitely need a wizz kid working on the legals,imo.
If RPM is now making application or directing the DMR not to allocate rights to particular farms (anywhere in SA )we should sit up and see whats going on and what happens...its important..not to set such a precedent..imo.
Every other Junior/explorer/prospector in SA should be aware of what is happening..imo Will the PLA ASX ANN ever reach JSE ...because it should,imo.
