    (IMO EXT believe) we need a TH because they are not privy to the KAH/CGNPC negotiations.

    By requesting a TH, the entire market gets to make an informed opinion on the facts rather than rampant speculation in the media and web forums.

    If there is a leaky boat, no one gets the chance to benefit during a TH, and IMO that is a good thing.
