IF one has a belief that the new shares will be over-subscribed,
wouldn't it be wise to start picking up from 4.9c down?

I assume the 5c is set, and won't change; I also can understand if certain holders need the cash in the next 3 - 4 weeks, to sell now; possibly to buy back in on re-listing.
However, if the funding is at $28 mil, or even over-subscribed, have a gut feel that the mid to high $1 + mark is quite achievable by late Dec (11:).
Even more so if further news comes forth ~ Indo, or other Mono, or detail on the lab findings, etc, where positive.
