I had a unusual phone call from CEO earlier today where they basically asked me if I received the prospectus and whether or not I was going to purchase any additional shares (I'm not). I doubt there would be many retail investors participating in this cap raising at 5 cents when the SP is barely maintaining that level. So hopefully for all our sakes ME pulls some institutional investors out of the bag cause it's looking grim.
