Nothing stopping BKP releasing the update prior to pfc since Canadian markets are closed and they will issue their notice prior to opening. It would give Canadian markets longer to contemplate.
Depends on where they are at with producing the announcement. Is it something that has just happened and they want to get in before news leaks so we will have bit of a wait as they get the info together or something a bit earlier and they are ready with the release.
You would think it would either be about a delay due to something, something breaking or something found.
