They have had a zillion analysts look over the stock all with a one dollar plus valuation placed. Has not moved in positive territory for a while.
It's common practice if your gonna do a share swap u do so at the lower end of your share price.
There stock should have fired up 2day on MMX speculation BUT did not.
They have already been designing alternative rail links.
There head honcho has been chest beating at wanting a stake.
Fits in with the China/Barnett love affair.
And so on and so on.
