What a rip off, these shares were at 30 cents last week and the Directors are letting them go at 22 cents and all with their snouts in the trough
"The Placement will be completed in one tranche with up to 33.94 million shares being issued pursuant to
the Company’s 15% capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1. Some of Emmerson’s directors intend to
participate in the placement to an aggregate sum of $735,000, with their participation in the Placement
subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting of the Company to be held in early January 2012."
They could have got close to market price or even above with the results they have been announcing and believe me there have been plenty of placements in the past above the current market value, but that would have not been attractive to the companies or should I say our companies directors who really got in their to the tune of $735,000, would this be considered as part of a salaty package, and were they acting in the best interests of the sharegolders or their best interests?
