I brought up 2 years ago that holders should be wary of a company that depends on Congress to approve budgets that will eventually pay your bills. I wish I had heeded my own advice more closely and gotten out earlier but oh well.
The latest failure by the 'super committee' in the US means a huge chunk will come out of defense spending.
Does this worry QHL holders?
