Hey turps, when is the ANN likely to hit?

Looked up Sandfire Resources - did nothing spectacular and the only other meaning I found for SFR is :

SFR, which in Italian stands for Salite-Forza-Resistenza but most coaches refer to it as Slow Frequency Repetitions. The goal of an SFR workout is to increase muscular strength and efficiency in the pedal stroke ???? Go figure!

Hope GOA at least flex their muscles for the shareholders and forget this Slow Frequency Repetition crap. LOL.
