CTP is a very leaky boat. Any positive results you would see Pattos all over the SP pump before TH.
If it's a negative news in disguise, there may be a pump at open for some 'SI' exits. Just have to read between the lines.
The word Preliminaryflow test in itself tells it didn't gush.
IMlaymanO, Oil flow is visible and shouldn't need lab tests. It is either oil flow likely or not.
