Well last week several posters on here said they hoped there would be a TH prior to an announcement.
Look at it this way: Flow testing commenced on Friday, and was probably completed over the weekend. No trading since Friday night, and now there will be no trading till after the results are made public. This means that it doesn't matter if someone onsite talked, there is no advantage to be had.
So, people have said that CTP is a leaky ship (which is unproven), this way there can be no accusation of such.
I think it's a good, positive move.
