But we ALL know that there was Oil at Surprise we have all seen the pictures attached to the ANN.

Now unless he knew beforehand the flow rate, I doubt that saying "we have Oil" to people on the plane is anything to worry about.

He clearly could not know about flow rate until testing was done and that was not until Friday or later.
