a valid point by olddizzy if they have the information now it must be released to the market - but the offering to the institutional or sophisticated investors looks like it will not be ann untill after the weekend. it is possible this is being timed to coincide with flow results from eagleford.
As we already know they are preparing the well for production so they technically dont have to release any ann on that even if its finished not until they turn it on and get flow results which will be the new news so thus keeping them with in ASX rules.
