It's quite possible the CR at higher than 3c. It doesnot mean placement must be at 20% discount. Depending on the projects, in some cases, Placement works likes a partial takeover, the investor donot want to buy up the SP on the market so it's normal for them to pay higher to get more shares at 1 time, even 3.5c is possible imv. If takeover bid coming, even 6c is possible.
