I know it looks real bad, BUT, I still can't get it out of my mind why the directors would pump so much of their own cash into a dead duck. And that on top of what they have already invested. My initial thought was someone is pushing the price down for a takeover, but at 8.3c and a premium of 25%, they would only recoup abt 10.5c per share. Is that a co-incidence? The 400k is really small fry in the scheme of things. Let's be optimistic and hope the news isn't totally disastrous; possibly to do with finance for gold extraction process.
