Not sure why they have done it now, but they would know their cash flow forecasts better than us!
My guess is that this will keep them flush for the next 12 months, then they can do another 15%, all without shareholder hassle/approval.
I am OK with this strategy. Cheapest way to get funding. They are an explorer, so will always be needing and raising capital.
