    It could be a T/O from BHP or it could be a settlement with the greenies.

    The word was that the experts on either side were not miles apart. I don't believe management were confident of a settlement but were hopeful that sense would prevail and something could be agreed.

    I am guessing something came in over the weekend or hit the fax this am.
