If it's just about the decree associated with the lease extension we'll see it tomorrow for sure. If it's the decreen/extension PLUS the JV we may have to wait until Tuesday.
My money is on the former but I'll happily wait for the latter.
On a side note it is great seeing some real enthusiasm creeping back into the forum. Personally, I had all but given up on seeing the decree (ever), so that plus a JV announcement plus action by our neighbours could make for an interesting 6 months.
