    The last ann states:

    "The Environment Court will hear the declaration on climate change in March (the declaration hearing)"

    I don't understand what this means. It suggests that someone other than the court is making a declaration. Does this in effect mean the court will hear evidence from the parties on the climate change issue only at this hearing ?

    Or will the court rule on this issue, i.e. whether it has the jurisdiction to consider the issue (along with most on this thread I have always assumed not).

    If anyone can enlighten me I'd appreicate it. Either way it seems the market doesn't like this announcment - no doubt, as Viney says, they were hoping for more.
