I would say the declaration hearing was almost a certainty once the Global warming issue was pushed by the greens. Its a shame we only find this out now. The greens will push for it to be an admissable inclusion in the hearing and the Judge will make a declaration on way or the other as to wether it as evidence will be heard or not.
