The pessimistic points which I don't agree with were:
1. the banks not wanting to touch IFE; and
2. the share price dropping like a rocket
I expect you were basing your predictions on the capital raising being by way of a rights issue to existing shareholders at a discount to current SP , which I also do not agree with.
