Does anyone know how these "sophisticated investor" raising happen, particularly with regards to timing?
It would seem that at least the relevant brokers must know what is being proposed before the trading halt. The level of appetite for a raising at a particular price would surely have to be gauged to ensure the raising will be a success.
If I had known a raising was likely at 85c then I wouldn't have been buying in the days leading up. Any thoughts?
